Academy in APEC
Russian Academy of Business is the National Secretariat of Russia for the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC).
The Academy provides support for the Russian members at each ABAC, prepare materials and conducts meetings with senior business representatives to provide input to the ABAC members.
In October 2013 Russian Academy of Business took part in a session of APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) in Bali, Indonesia.
The Academy leaders together with CEO of the VTB Bank Andrey Kostin, Head of Basic Element Group of companies Oleg Deripaska and CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund Kirill Dmitriev discussed the proposals on creation of favorable conditions for trade and investments in APEC. They offered their expert advices on the implementation of the policy documents of APEC.
