The VIIIth solemn ceremony of granting with the Annual Russian Business Academy Award DARIN®-2004 (est. 1995)

On November 25, 2004 at the stage of the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow the VIIIth solemn ceremony of granting with the Annual Russian Business Academy Award DARIN® - 2004 was held.

The Russian Academy of Business, the Russian Union of Industrialists (Employers), Media-Holding "ASMO-Press" and the State Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Russia were the organizers of the festive forum.

Presenting with the Russian Business Academy Award DARIN® has been taking place every year since 1995.

The ceremony is preceded by the thorough work of the Russian Academy of Business Expert Council, its 49 regional branches, the Presidium and Mass Media Grand Jury to choose the right nominee. The system and selection criteria for the Award DARIN laureates are based on the methods that guarantee transparency of all the contest levels.

The laureates of the Award were warmly greeted by well-known actors, famous persons of Russian culture, prominent public and political figures, heads of non-governmental organizations and cultural institutions and also representatives of Russian business community, namely: Sergei Borisov, President of All-Russia public organization "Opora of Russia"; Svetlana Vragova, Art Director of "Modern" Theatre, national artist of Russia; Victor Glukhikh, member of the Federation Council of the Federal Sobranie of the RF (Russian Senate), President of the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (ICIE); Irina Gorbulina, President of the Russian Academy of Business; Svetlana Druzhinina, Film Director, national artist of Russia; Boris Krasnov, President of the company "Krasnov design"; Gasan Mirzoev, Chair of the Guild of Attorneys, member of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Business; Tatiana Mikhalkova, President of Charitable Foundation "Russian Silhouette", Nikas Safronov, artist; Yury Nikolaev, Director General of "UNIKS" studio; Genri Reznik, President of Attorneys' Chamber of Moscow; Irina Rodnina, President of JSC "Irina Rodnina's Ice Club", repeated champion of Olympic Games, World and Europe; Leonid Roshal, Chairman of the International Committee for Pediatric Disasters of the World Association for Disaster and Emergency Medicine, expert of WHO; Boris Simonov, Head of Federal Agency on Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks; Boris Khmelnitsky, merited artist of Russia.

The best stars of the Bolshoi Theatre, renowned masters of arts, celebrated creative art groups of Russia. The guests as well the Award laureates became the participants not only of the true triumph of the Russian business but classical art too.
